Princeton University Engagement Session | Kate & Mike
When most people think of engagement photos, they picture warm weather and blooming flowers. Kate and Mike proved that you don’t need either to create beautiful images.
On a cold February day, these two embraced the winter weather and absolutely rocked their engagement session at Princeton University.
They chose Princeton because of its incredible architecture, beautiful textures, and endless leading lines. Every corner of campus offers something unique, from grand stone archways to perfectly symmetrical walkways that create timeless and elegant photographs.
Although the temperatures were chilly, the sun gave us the most beautiful light to work with. The warm winter sun perfectly complemented the historic architecture and added a soft glow to the entire evening.
What made this session special, though, wasn’t the location or even the light. It was Kate and Mike themselves.
These two are playful, goofy, and completely at ease with each other. Throughout the session, they laughed, joked, and simply enjoyed being together. Every photo seemed to capture another genuine smile or burst of laughter, perfectly showing off the love they share.
Sometimes the best sessions aren’t defined by one particular image but by the feeling they leave behind. This session was full of joy, genuine connection, and the kind of moments that remind me why I love photographing couples.
Between the stunning architecture, perfect winter light, and the obvious love between these two, Princeton University couldn’t have been a more fitting backdrop for Kate and Mike’s engagement session.
