Meadow Creek Farm Wedding Photos

I get excited for all my weddings, but some more than others. This was one of them for a few reasons. For starters, Casey and Brad were fans of my work even before Brad proposed. Casey met me at a wedding I photographed at her family’s farm, Meadow Creek Farm. You can read all about that story here. Another reason is they gave me two hours to do their portraits…and that didn’t even include time for bridal party or family photos!

Casey got ready at Abbie Holmes Estates before heading over to Meadow Creek for her first look with Brad. Both were anxious and excited to see each other and had a very sweet first look. After bridal party photos, we spent time walking around her family’s horse farm and hit some favorite spots. It was pretty cool to think that she spent her childhood frolicking around the same areas I took her wedding photos at. After pausing for a sammich break (that’s never happened before, it was delicious and I was very pleased) we finished portraits and headed over to the ceremony spot.

As you’ll see, Casey’s dream of marrying the man of her dreams under the tree in the horse pasture came true. After the perfect October day ceremony, everyone headed over to Abbie Holmes Estates for the reception.

Casey’s sister, Jenna delivered an epic Matron of Honor speech! She talked about when Casey met Brad she compared him to a “sexy Jesus”. She then did something I never saw at a wedding…she brought out a church choir to help sing “How Will I Know” by Whitney Houston. it was quite epic!

Perfect day, perfect memories, perfect couple. Here are some of my favorite photos!
