Kristina and Ray’s wedding was the perfect summer day in Cape May. Warm sunshine, ocean breezes, and an incredible love story set the tone.

The morning started at Willow Creek Winery. Both got ready there, surrounded by laughter, anticipation, and a touch of pre-ceremony jitters. The vineyard stretched outside their windows, hinting at the beauty ahead.

Their ceremony was small and heartfelt, set right in front of the vineyard. No frills. Just honest vows, happy tears, and pure connection. As a Cape May wedding photographer, moments like that are why I do this.

After saying “I do,” they enjoyed drinks on the winery patio. Friends and family gathered close, sharing stories and toasts. The laughter was nonstop. Then we wandered the vineyard for portraits, letting golden light wrap around them.

Next, we drove to Cape May Point. The iconic Cape May Lighthouse stood tall behind them for a few dreamy shots. From there, we stopped at the Peter Shields Inn, where they were staying. Just across the street, Cape May Beach offered soft sand, gentle waves, and the perfect glow.

This wedding was extra special for me. Kristina and Ray have an incredible love, but it was also my first time shooting with my daughter as my second photographer. She nailed it. We wrapped the night with dinner and rooftop drinks, watching the sun fade over Cape May.

Kristina and Ray, thank you for trusting me with your memories. Your day was romantic, relaxed, and absolutely beautiful. And if you’re planning a coastal celebration, trust this Cape May wedding photographer — this little town is pure magic.
